Training
La Manivelle’s Integration and Training Centre offers an innovative ecosystem designed to address environmental, economic and social challenges. We provide pathways to re-entry into the workforce, combining theory, supervised practical experience and gradual empowerment. We work in partnership with various programmes, including primarily PPE+, Travail +, the AI and the Hospice générale.

We are proud to have been shortlisted for the 2024 Philippe Nordmann Prize, an award that recognises initiatives committed to supporting vulnerable people. At the awards ceremony on Thursday 7 November 2024 at GamMAH in Geneva, we had the honour of presenting our project alongside a range of inspiring initiatives. 🎉
If La Manivelle, the object library, has been recognised, it is largely thanks to our mission of training and support. We welcome people who have sometimes had difficult life journeys and offer them a space to learn, develop practical skills and regain a degree of independence.
Through these activities, we help everyone find their way back into employment or reintegrate into society, whilst contributing to a more supportive and inclusive society. These moments of sharing and exchange are at the heart of our project, and we firmly believe in their transformative impact.
